SUNGAI PETANI, June 17 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said that the government will strengthen the administration of district and land offices nationwide, to ensure development projects can be implemented efficiently and effectively for the welfare of the people.

KUALA LUMPUR, June 14 – Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is expected to hold a meeting with all district officers nationwide next week to discuss, among other things, efforts to eradicate hardcore poverty in the country.
